"Got it, but activation was a bit clunky"
I got my pass in the mail without any real problem, so that part was fine. But activating it took longer than I thought it would. The website was kinda confusing, and I had to try it twice before it finally worked. Not a terrible experience or anything, just wasn’t as smooth as I expected.

"I noticed a weird double charge..."
I noticed a weird double charge after renewing my Epic Pass, so I reached out to support. There was a bit of a wait, but once someone got to it, they fixed the issue and refunded the extra payment. just glad it didn’t turn into a huge hassle.

"Still a Bit Confusing for Me"
I might just need more time with it, but I still find it kind of confusing. Some parts make sense, but overall it hasn’t felt very straightforward to me yet.
"Felt Like My Simple Request Was Ignored"
I reached out with what I thought was a basic question, but I ended up waiting days just to get a reply. When they finally did respond, it didn’t really help much or address what I was asking. Frustrating experience overall.

"Great pass, but support really lags behind"
I get the Epic Pass every season and overall I still think it’s worth it, but dealing with customer support is such a hassle. I was stuck on hold forever, and the chat wasn’t much faster. The person I finally talked to was friendly and did help, but it took way too long to fix a simple account issue. Compared to other ski passes or travel memberships I’ve used, Epic’s support feels way slower than it should be, especially considering how much the pass costs.
"Absolutely Worth It"
I used the buddy tickets and discounts a bunch this season, and I’m completely convinced I saved way more than I expected. Like, there is zero doubt in my mind this ended up being a way better deal than I thought it would be.

"Freezes every time I log in"
It keeps freezing whenever I try to log in, which gets frustrating. I just want to get into the app and use it, but it basically locks up on me right away.

"Felt Like They Were Hiding the Instructions"
I had a weirdly hard time figuring out what I was supposed to do with my Epic Pass issue. The emails and website pages all seemed to say just enough to keep me clicking around, but not enough to actually answer the question. Maybe I’m being paranoid, but it almost felt like they designed it that way so you’d give up or miss something. I kept going back and forth between messages and pages, getting more confused every time. Frustrating and definitely not what I expected.

"Worked fine"
No issues at any lift. Everything went smoothly.
"Kids Had Fun, but the Planning Was a Hassle"
The kids really liked it and had a good time, so that part was great. though, the planning was harder than it needed to be and felt avoidable with clearer info upfront.

"I used my Epic Pass a…"
I used my Epic Pass a bunch this year and got a lot out of it. The terrain kept things interesting the whole season, groomers, bowls, trees, and some legit steep stuff when I was feeling up for it. Snow was solid most days too. The only times it felt a little off were probably just bad timing on my part, like showing up after a warm spell or missing the better storm days. Overall though, I’m happy with it

"Easy to figure out the blackout dates"
I was a little nervous about blackout dates at first but the site laid it out clearly before I bought anything. I chose the pass that matched the trips I had in mind and I didn’t end up feeling surprised later. The restrictions are still there but they were simple enough to look up. It made planning a lot less stressful and I’d use Epic Pass again.

"I spent more time standing around in…"
I spent more time standing around in lift lines than actually skiing, which was frustrating. It felt like something preventable with better crowd or lift management. For me, it just wasn’t worth it this season...

"Good pass, partner resorts vary"
Epic Pass was fine for me overall. I mostly got it for the partner resorts, and that part was a little more annoying than I expected.
Some mountains had dates or blackout limits I didn’t catch at first. It can still save money, but I wish the details were easier to see before buying.

"Saved a Bit on Lift Tickets"
I ended up getting lift tickets for cheaper than buying them at the window, which was a nice surprise. It saved me around a few bucks and made the day feel a little easier.

"Works okay, but a bit clunky on mobile"
My account usually loads without any trouble, but every now and then the login screen just gets stuck, which is frustrating. Managing passes is fine overall, but on mobile it feels a little awkward to use. To me, it seems like the app mostly does what it’s supposed to, but it could definitely use some polishing.
"Booked a lodge and lift package through…"
Booked a lodge and lift package through Epic Pass it saved us a decent chunk of money. The room was clean, super close to the slopes, and everything was exactly like the booking said it would be. The whole trip was smooth, actually way easier than... well, a lot of ski trips I’ve dealt with. I’d definitely do it again.

"Glad I Didn’t Lose Access"
My pass wasn’t showing up correctly in my account, and I was a little worried I was going to lose out on something I’d already paid for. Support took a bit longer than I would’ve liked to get back to me, but once they replied, they fixed the issue and explained what had happened. The wait wasn’t ideal, but I’m relieved it got sorted before it became a bigger problem

"Renewed fine, but the settings could be clearer"
My renewal went through without any issues, so I can’t really complain about that. I just wish the auto-renewal settings had been a little easier to understand. I don’t think I missed anything obvious, but it wasn’t super clear where to check or change it, so I had to spend extra time figuring it out...

"Pretty solid coverage across a bunch of resorts"
I picked up the Epic Pass mostly for a handful of trips this season, and it’s been worth it. Having something like a couple dozen resorts to choose from, especially around Colorado and Utah, makes planning way easier. I don’t feel like I’m locked into one mountain, which is nice if weather or crowds are better somewhere else. After using it for about 2 or 3 trips so far, I’m happy with it
